In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems that power AI-driven and intelligent automation solutions in the cloud.\n\nWhat you will do\nBuild LLM-powered features end to end. Design and implement agentic flows, retrieval, and tool calling using LangGraph — then ship them as FastAPI services with streaming, persistence and proper tests.\n\nOwn answer quality. Build evaluation datasets, regression suites and LLM-as-judge checks so we know whether a prompt or model change made things better before it reaches users.\n\nGet the right context to the model. Turn user questions into effective queries against our search platform, orchestrate multi-step research loops, and shape the context the model reasons over. When an answer is wrong, work out whether retrieval, the query or the prompt is at fault — and fix the right one.\n\nDebug production. Instrument flows with tracing (Langfuse), investigate bad answers from real traces, and manage latency, token and cost budgets — including routing across model sizes and families behind an AI gateway.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nStrong proficiency in Python for backend development (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks).\n\nDeep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and API development.\n\nSolid experience with Azure cloud services, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), storage, and serverless technologies.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM), and monitoring tools (App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana).\n\nGeneral interest and experience with AI-driven applications, and automation\n\nHands-on experience or strong understanding of AI-driven systems and intelligent automation workflows.\n\nKnow how to work with LLM use API and know how their are tested, know what RAG is, LangGraph and other tools like that experience.\n\nAbility to apply prompt engineering and integrate machine learning or LLM APIs effectively.\n\nProven track record in system build, scalability and performance optimization.\n\nExperience in code reviews, mentoring and setting engineering standards.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and technical
