About the Client
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP BW/4HANA Data Engineer with German language proficiency to join a international project for our client from the energy sector. You will become part of the BizDevOps Equipment Team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP BW/4HANA data models supporting device management and business reporting.
What you will do
Design, develop, and enhance data models in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA based on business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical solutions, including ABAP and HANA SQL development.
Monitor and maintain data loading processes, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve production issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Document technical developments and support continuous improvements in the SAP data landscape.
What we are looking for
Proven experience with SAP BW/4HANA development and data modeling.
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA SQL and ABAP.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA data sources and enterprise data integration.
Fluent German (must-have) and good command of English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience in international project environments.
