If you love being at the center of it all and find real satisfaction in getting things done, you'll fit right in.\nWhat You'll Do\nYou'll be the operational backbone of our client service team. Day to day, that means:\nProcessing client service requests from start to finish: account paperwork, RMDs, money movement, transfers, and follow-ups\nManaging appointments and calendar coordination across the team\nCommunicating with clients and keeping them informed on the status of their requests\nProtecting advisor time by managing incoming tasks and filtering interruptions\nParticipating in brief daily team check-ins to keep everyone aligned across the office\nWorking inside our CRM-based workflow system, which is built to train you as you go\nAs you settle in, there's real room to grow. Depending on your background and goals, this role can expand into full operations management or, if you're licensed, into a Service Advisor role working directly with clients on their financial plans.\nHow to Apply\nApply through this posting and include a resume. The process includes a phone screen, a skills and personality assessment, and a shadow day so you can see exactly what you're walking into before you commit.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nMust-haves:\nFinancial services experience; you should already know the language (RMDs, ACATs, transfers, account paperwork) without needing it explained from scratch\nStrong task management skills; you can handle a high volume of work and know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent\nPatience and composure in a fast-paced, frequently interrupted environment\nTech comfort; you don't need experience with our specific systems, but you need to learn new tools quickly and without stress\nIn-person availability; this role is based in our Butler, PA office, Monday through Friday\nNice to have:\nExperience at a broker-dealer, RIA, or independent advisory firm\nActive securities licenses (Series 7 or 65), or willingness to obtain them\nCRM experience (any platform)\nA note on culture: We're a faith-based team. Meetings often open or close with prayer. Caring for our clients and each other is built into how we operate.
