Key Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted technical advisor across all levels of the organization.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to develop and execute customer success plans with clear business objectives, technical requirements, and action plans.
• Help customers optimize their use of BillingPlatform through proactive performance monitoring, strategic discussions, and platform best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer calls, governance meetings, and strategic discussions.
• Translate complex technical concepts and platform capabilities into clear business value for customer stakeholders.
• Partner with customer leadership to develop transformation roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Coordinate with Support, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive adoption through product demonstrations, technical guidance, innovation, and strategic alignment.
• Provide structured, actionable customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success Architect, Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience building strategic customer relationships with a strong technical focus.
• Strong accounting or finance background with a solid understanding of financial processes, data, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and basic coding concepts, including the ability to build formulas, create reports, leverage AI tools, and evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated outputs.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical and financial concepts to senior finance executives, including CFOs and VPs of Finance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Willingness to travel.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000 per year, plus bonus, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Salary information is provided in accordance with U.S. pay transparency laws.
