To learn more about us, visit billingplatform.com.\nRole Description\nThe Solution Architect is a key member of our Professional Services organization, responsible for designing scalable, effective solutions that enable customers to successfully implement and maximize the value of the BillingPlatform platform. This role serves as the bridge between customer business requirements and technical implementation, working closely with customers, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nThis is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end solution architecture and design for complex SaaS customer implementations.\nLead customer discovery and requirements workshops, translating business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.\nOwn solution design throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and architecture through configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live.\nPerform fit/gap analysis and recommend solutions that balance customer requirements, product capabilities, and implementation best practices.\nDefine solution architecture, including business processes, data flows, integrations, APIs, and configuration requirements.\nDesign integrations between the platform and customer systems, including CRM, ERP, payment, tax, and other enterprise applications.\nProvide architectural guidance to Implementation Consultants, Technical Consultants, Project Managers, customer teams, and implementation partners.\nIdentify architectural risks, dependencies, and solution gaps early and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.\nSupport data migration, mapping, conversion, and integration strategies.\nPartner closely with Product and Engineering teams to address complex customer requirements and technical challenges.\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, SaaS implementation, technology consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.\nDemonstrated experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations within Professional Services or consulting.\nExperience owning solution architecture across the full implementation lifecycle.\nStrong experience gathering complex business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solution designs.\nExperience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, web services, middleware, and data integrations.\nExperience integrating SaaS platforms with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.\nExperience with data mapping, migration, conversion, and complex enterprise data flows.\nAbility to bridge business requirements and technical architecture and work effectively with both business and engineering teams.\nStrong customer-facing consulting skills, including leading workshops, presenting solutions, and driving architectural decisions.\nExcellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work in a hybrid model from our Denver, Colorado office.\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation with a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, LTD, HSA, FSA, free virtual mental health counseling, and wellness perks\nMedical insurance coverage effective on the first day of employment\n401(k) match that is 100% immediately vested\nDiscretionary and charitable time off program\nHome office setup allowance for fully remote employees\nPlease note that we are unable to provide employment visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future.\nThe base salary range for this position is $160,000-$220,000 per year, plus bonus, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
