We appreciate warm, talented, collaborative people to help grow our brand.\nTHE CULTURE\nCreative + Collaborative\nFun, yet fast-paced\nBelief in anything is possible\nEveryone Matters\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\nThe Inventory Flow Manager owns the flow of Billy Reid product and orders, from inbound receipts to delivery, across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail replenishment. The role keeps orders accurate, on time, and compliant, and is the day-to-day link between customers, the fulfillment partner, and internal teams.\nSuccess is measured on inventory accuracy across systems, fill rate, on-time delivery and minimizing retailer chargebacks.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPipeline and Flow\nManage the inventory pipeline from production and inbound shipments through receipt at the fulfillment partner.\nMatch incoming receipts to demand: open wholesale orders, store replenishment, and e-commerce.\nRelease (drop) orders to the fulfillment partner in line with ship windows, priorities, and available inventory.\nFlag receipt delays and inventory gaps early, and recommend order, allocation, or ship-date changes.\nWholesale Orders\nReceive and confirm wholesale purchase orders, including EDI orders from department store and specialty accounts.\nManage ship windows, cancel dates, and order changes; communicate risks to accounts and sales early.\nEnsure compliance with retailer routing guides, labeling, ASN, and invoicing requirements.\nTrack and dispute chargebacks, and fix the root causes to prevent repeats.\nE-commerce and Retail Orders\nMonitor order flow from the e-commerce platform to fulfillment; resolve stuck, held, or failed orders daily.\nCoordinate store replenishment and inter-store transfers with retail and planning.\nSupport customer service on order status, split shipments, backorders, and exceptions.\nFulfillment and Inventory\nServe as the main contact with the third-party fulfillment partner on order release, priorities, and shipping cutoffs.\nAllocate available inventory across channels according to business priorities.\nOwn inventory accuracy: reconcile on-hand quantities between the ERP, e-commerce platform, and the fulfillment partner's WMS; lead cycle-count reviews and resolve variances.\nMonitor short-ships, cancellations, and backorders; drive corrective action with the fulfillment partner.\nCoordinate returns with the returns platform and fulfillment partner so credits and restocks are timely and accurate.\nManage store packaging supply requests and fulfillment, support fulfillment partner with monitoring supply inventory levels and initiate reorders.\nSystems and Reporting\nKeep order, shipment, and inventory data in sync across the ERP, e-commerce platform, and WMS; reconcile discrepancies.\nProduce weekly reporting on open orders, fill rate, on-time shipment, chargebacks, and returns.\nRecommend and document process improvements and standard operating procedures.\nTHE PLACE\nThis role will be based at our new Distribution Center in Conyers, Georgia.\nTHE PROCESS\nIf you are looking for an exciting opportunity, have commitment to quality and thrive off working with smart, creative people, apply here.\nHere at Billy Reid we believe a diverse workplace fosters creativity, is critical to the success of our company, and benefits our communities.
