If you want to build quickly, have a real say in what gets built, and work on products used by millions, you will likely do your best work here.\nWhat's the role?\nAs Account Manager - Rentals, you will be responsible for leading and executing property management strategies across the Bilt Alliance network. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring successful property onboarding, property and resident engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with property management teams. This position combines property management expertise with loyalty program knowledge to drive resident adoption and satisfaction.\nIn this role you will...\nLead the implementation and execution of new property onboarding processes, including managing kick-off calls, pre-launch preparations, and post-launch success monitoring\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive training programs for property management teams, focusing on Bilt platform utilization and resident engagement strategies\nOversee the property onboarding tracker and ensure smooth integration processes for both large-scale launches and individual property additions\nManage and optimize the training strategy for new property teams, including creation and delivery of training materials\nManage day-to-day operations and relationship development for a portfolio of smaller alliance partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact\nSupport member services escalations and inquiries for enterprise accounts, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex resident issues\nLead monthly Q&A sessions with property portfolios\nMaintain regular communication with key stakeholders\nAct as operational leader for site teams across Property Management Companies, including visiting regional conferences with partners and becoming a face within their teams\nTravel regularly to attend industry events, conferences, and conduct in-person partner visits to strengthen relationships and support property teams\nIn terms of qualifications we're seeking:\n3-5 years of professional experience in property management, leasing, or multifamily marketing roles\nStrong understanding of property management systems and leasing operations\nTechnical onboarding experience and experience with CRM systems + property management software\nFamiliarity with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms\nExcellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple property onboarding processes simultaneously\nSuperior communication and presentation skills, with experience in training and educational content development\nData-driven approach to problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with property management teams\nAbility to travel 25-30% of the time for industry events, partner meetings, and on-site support\nBonus Points:\nExperience with loyalty programs or rewards platforms\nBackground in multifamily marketing or resident retention programs\nKnowledge of property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, etc.)\nPrevious experience in a training or education role within real estate\nUnderstanding of fintech or real estate technology products\nExperience managing partnership accounts or client success roles\nCustomer service or member support experience\nBenefits:\nCompensation - We offer a competitive salary with a meaningful stake in the company via equity and our performance bonus program\n Health insurance for you (& your loved ones) from day one - Enjoy a One Medical Membership, wellness stipends, family programs and more, on us.
