You'll set the strategy and roadmap for how Bilt shows up across creator tiers, platforms, and content formats - and turn creator partnerships into measurable brand and business impact, not just reach.\nThis is a senior individual contributor role on our New York brand team. You'll work hand-in-hand with growth, content, social, and creative teams, manage the program's budget and investment strategy, and build the systems - creator selection, contracting, briefing, measurement - that make the program scale.\nIn this role, you will…\nOwn the creator marketing strategy and roadmap for Bilt Originals, scaling the program across creator tiers, platforms, and content formats\nLead the full lifecycle of creator activations - deal management, content pipelines, and on-time delivery aligned to marketing campaigns\nPartner with growth and content teams to leverage creators across organic and paid social\nIntegrate creator-led content into broader brand campaigns and turn high-performing creator content into scalable paid and organic assets\nOwn the measurement strategy - KPIs, reporting frameworks, and benchmarks - using tools like Sprinklr and CreatorIQ to optimize investment\nEstablish creator selection criteria and build a high-quality creator ecosystem focused on long-term, mutually valuable partnerships\nDevelop comprehensive content briefs and guidelines that drive quality, on-brand creator content\nOwn creator marketing budgets and investment strategy across fees, production, paid amplification, and experiential\nSet scalable best practices for creator contracting, compensation, usage rights, exclusivity, approvals, disclosure, and brand safety\nCo-manage exclusive events and experiences that engage and inspire our creator community\nIn terms of qualifications, we’re seeking:\nMust Have:Bachelor's degree\n7-8 years of experience in creator management, with a track record of building and growing successful creator programs at a brand\nProven creator strategies that drive measurable brand and business outcomes - beyond reach and engagement\nDeep understanding of social platforms, content types, creator ecosystems, and performance metrics\nExperience owning creator budgets and negotiating partnerships - talent fees, usage rights, exclusivity, paid amplification\nStrong analytical skills; able to translate creator and social performance data into clear business insights and recommendations\nExperience building scalable creator programs and systems, not just managing individual campaigns\nHigh emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach that builds alignment across diverse stakeholders\nExcellent organizational and project management skills, with an ownership mentality and bias for action in fast-paced environments\n\nNice to Have:Hands-on experience with creator platforms such as CreatorIQ and Sprinklr\nAn established network across the creator ecosystem\nExperience with creator events and experiential programming\nExperience managing external agencies or vendor partners\nBackground in lifestyle, consumer, or brand marketing\n\nBenefits:\nCompensation - We offer a competitive salary with a meaningful stake in the company via equity and our performance bonus program\n Health insurance for you (& your loved ones) from day one - Enjoy a One Medical Membership, wellness stipends, family programs and more, on us. Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range.
