This role exists to ensure our products are not only thoughtfully designed and launched, but are continuously maintained and improved through constant feedback loops between our internal teams and end users.\nThis role sits at the intersection of product operations, product analysis, and quality assurance. The Product Specialist partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Support, as well as other cross-functional teams, to ensure products work as intended, launch smoothly, and improve over time.
