You’ll sit in AI Labs, splitting your time between client delivery and shaping the patterns, tooling and standards the rest of the team builds on.\nThis isn’t a research role, and it isn’t a prompt engineering role. You’ll build agentic systems that hold up with real users in real enterprise environments, and help define what production-grade means at Bilue.\nWhat You’ll Do\nClient Delivery\nDesign and build agentic systems, memory systems and LLM-powered features for enterprise clients, from architecture through to production\nArchitect cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP, with LLMOps pipelines built to scale\nIntegrate AI into the platforms clients already run, like CRM, ERP, lending and claims systems, through well-designed APIs and data pipelines\nLead AI technical delivery in cross-functional squads alongside designers, strategists and client stakeholders\nBuild responsible AI in from day one, including red-teaming, bias testing, evaluation harnesses and human-in-the-loop design\nBuilding our capability\nShape Bilue’s reference architectures for knowledge pipelines, agentic systems, LLM integrations and evaluation\nHelp set the engineering bar for AI work, covering code quality, testing, prompt evaluation, model selection and cost optimisation\nBuild reusable tools, accelerators and skills so every project starts further ahead than the last\nShare what you learn through documentation, tech talks and mentoring\n What we're looking for\nA track record of shipping AI or GenAI solutions to production. Demos are great, but we want to hear what happened after launch\nStrong Python skills, with TypeScript or Java a plus\nHands-on experience with agentic frameworks and tooling, such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex or CrewAI, plus vector databases\nWorking depth in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)\nSolid engineering fundamentals: SQL, ETL/ELT, distributed systems, unstructured data, APIs, microservices and enterprise integration patterns\nExperience running AI in production with real observability and LLMOps practices, like prompt versioning, drift detection, cost monitoring and A/B evaluation\nThe ability to explain complex ideas to client executives, and to think about why a system matters, not just how it works\nA low-ego, collaborative approach, with strong opinions you're happy to change when the evidence says so\nComfortable working across multiple clients with ambiguous requirements\nBonus Points\nAWS AI stack experience, such as Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands, SageMaker, Lambda and Step Functions\nFamiliarity with responsible AI frameworks, bias testing tools or AI governance practices\nConsulting or hyperscaler experience delivering for external clients under real constraints\nOpen source contributions, AI research or published technical writing\n Life at Bilue\nPeople-first focus: We’re committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients, but we know it starts with our people.
