The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, manage the employee lifecycle, drive talent acquisition, and establish scalable HR practices.\nWe are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys building teams and processes .\nKey Roles & Responsibilities\nTalent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring, stakeholder alignment, sourcing strategies, interview processes, offer management, and pre-joining engagement.\nHR Process Building: Create and implement HR SOPs, policies, workflows, and frameworks to support organisational growth.\nEmployee Lifecycle Management: Own onboarding, induction, probation reviews, confirmation, employee movements, and exit processes.\nPerformance Management: Support goal-setting, performance review cycles, manager feedback, and performance improvement plans.\nEmployee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage grievances, support conflict resolution, and maintain appropriate documentation.\nEmployee Engagement & Retention: Drive engagement initiatives, employee recognition, feedback mechanisms, and retention efforts.\nHR Operations & Compliance: Manage HR documentation, employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, background verification, and applicable compliance requirements.\nHRMS & Analytics: Manage HRMS platforms such as Keka, maintain HR dashboards, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nExperience & Skills\n3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or a similar broad-based HR role.\nPrior experience in a startup or fast-growing organisation, preferably with exposure to building HR processes from scratch.\nHands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.\nExperience managing employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and employee engagement.\nWorking knowledge of HRMS platforms preferred Keka.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
