Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and support the branding, marketing, digital communication, and business development activities of BIMEX Engineers and its products.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for websites, social media, presentations, advertisements, marketing campaigns, company profiles, proposals, and other digital and print materials while maintaining consistency with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Branding

• Design creative and professional graphics for company and product branding.
• Develop social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Maintain consistency in brand colours, typography, layouts, and visual identity.

2. Digital Marketing Design

• Create visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Design campaign creatives based on marketing objectives and target audiences.
• Create website banners, landing-page graphics, icons, illustrations, and other web assets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creatives for lead-generation campaigns.

3. Business & Sales Support

• Design company presentations, capability statements, proposals, brochures, and pitch decks.
• Create project case studies and project showcase materials.
• Prepare graphics and visual content required for client presentations and business development activities.
• Support sales and marketing teams with customized client-facing materials.

4. Video & Motion Graphics

• Create basic promotional videos, reels, animated posts, and motion graphics.
• Edit short-form marketing videos for social media and digital campaigns.
• Add text, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and branding elements to videos.

5. Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, HR, BIM, and Management teams.
• Understand briefs and convert ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Take feedback and make revisions within agreed timelines.
• Maintain organized design files and reusable templates.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign or equivalent design tools.
• Experience with Figma and/or Canva is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Good understanding of social media design requirements and digital advertising formats.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across different media.
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Photoshop/ CorelDRAW
• Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects.
• Figma.
• Canva Pro.
• UI/UX design fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Experience designing for B2B / Engineering / Construction / Technology companies is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design or digital marketing design.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio may be considered regardless of academic specialization.
