Responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation, etc.\n\n2. To update and maintain the BIM models and drawings to reflect any design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.\n\n3. Keep the models and drawings up to date and ensure that the information remains accurate and reliable.\n\n4. Using Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client, and stakeholders.\n\n5. Knowledge of Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM).\n\n6. Generate shop drawings for preliminary, construction and as-built stages from BIM model.\n\n7. Produce completeness shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager and ensure drawings and ensure drawings submission schedule is achieved.\n\n8. Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Structural E&M Drawings (SEM), Concrete Body Plan (CBP) & Wall Setting Out Plan.\n\n9. Ensure that BIM deliverables and documentation follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) or requirement/instruction as stipulated.\n\n10. Able to manage internal coordination meetings to resolve identified design or construction issues which affected the model.\n\n11. Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and sub-contractors.\n\n12. Coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors regarding update on drawings and generating Clash Detection Report.\n\n13. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.\n\nJob Requirements:\n\n1. Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.\n\n2. Minimally 1 year experience in BIM Modeling work in building construction and project execution.\n\n3. Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.\n\n4. Experience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous.\n\n5. Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills.\n\n6. Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset.\n\n7.
