Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a stellarTalent Acquisition Specialist  to join our team on a Fixed Term basis for 6 months.

As we observe a hybrid model, this role will require you to be in office 2 days per week.

We are in a stage of high growth and need a skilled team to support this.

Who we're looking for

Working alongside our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and the Director of People, you will fuel and drive the charge on our recruitment engine. You will guide the journey to find exceptional BIMMers and propel the business to new heights. Your adventure with the BIMM talent team will include:

• Owning a 360 recruitment focus on designated roles (Developers, Designers, Product Managers, etc.)
• Pipelining for roles and sourcing daily - You love the thrill of the hunt
• Collaborating with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience
• Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and matching our speed
• Maintaining a high level of data integrity and report recruiting metrics
• Representing the company with integrity and bringing a high level of passion, positivity and energy to every touchpoint you have
• Being naturally curious. You should love research

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or high growth environment (start-up)
• Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
• High energy & positive attitude (weave in a joke when interviewing and you will get bonus points)
• Deep sourcing experience

Nice to have

• Creative recruitment (copywriting, art director, etc.) exp is an asset
• Sales experience

Salary 60-80k or 35-45/hr

The range of hourly pay for this position is below. Please note that the offered rate may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Total compensation range:

$30—$40 CAD
