You will work closely with development teams to ensure reliable services, secure deployments, effective observability, and efficient resource usage.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and maintain multi-AZ AWS cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and databases. \nBuild and operate Docker-based containerized applications and microservices in production. \nTroubleshoot Python and Java applications, resolving memory, concurrency, and performance issues. \nManage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK. \nDevelop automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning and testing. \nImplement zero-downtime deployment strategies, including blue/green, canary, and rolling updates. \nCentralize logging, metrics, tracing, and alerts using observability tools. \nConfigure application and cluster autoscaling based on load testing and usage metrics. \nImplement resilience patterns such as circuit breakers, retries, and dead-letter queues. \nDefine disaster recovery plans (RTO/RPO) and enforce security best practices across IAM and encryption. \nQualifications and Requirements\nMust-Haves\n5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE roles managing production AWS environments (EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, RDS). \nStrong expertise with Docker containerization and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK. \nSolid operational knowledge troubleshooting Python (Gunicorn/Celery) and Java (JVM, thread pools, GC) runtimes. \nProven experience building CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and safe deployment strategies (blue/green, canary). \nHands-on proficiency with observability tools (CloudWatch, OpenSearch, Loki), DR concepts (RTO/RPO), and Python/Bash scripting.\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience with advanced autoscaling based on queue depth, message age, or custom application metrics. \nExperience with capacity planning, sizing, and resource tuning for CPU, memory, storage, and IOPS. \nRelevant AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional or Solutions Architect - Professional).\nBenefits\nTrust-based culture: We highly value ownership and we trust in our team's skills and seniority to achieve goals.\nRemote work: Enjoy working remotely!
