Instead, the ARM acts as a strategic partner manager responsible for affiliate retention, revenue growth, relationship stability, and risk awareness.\nThe ideal candidate understands the crypto/FX affiliate ecosystem deeply, is highly relationship-oriented, commercially sensitive, and capable of balancing growth with compliance and platform interests.\nResponsibilities\nManage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners\n\nDrive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution\n\nMonitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities\n\nHandle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations\n\nCollaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal\n\nDesign and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates\n\nAnalyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve overall ecosystem efficiency\n\nIdentify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources\n\nMaintain strong market awareness of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends\n\nSupport affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term relationship development\n\nRequirements\nIndustry Experience\nExperience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries\n\nFamiliar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms\n\nExperience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management\n\nStrong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems\n\nCore Competencies\nStrong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills\n\nAbility to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism\n\nGood analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends\n\nCommercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns\n\nStrong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities\n\nCross-cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred\n\nPersonality & Mindset\nPatient, stable, and long-term relationship oriented\n\nStrong service mindset and partnership mentality\n\nHigh emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal sensitivity\n\nAble to detect early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline\n\nSelf-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment\n\nNice to Have\nTrading or quantitative trading background\n\nExperience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence\n\nExperience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems\n\nFluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
