This program allows participants to hone their skills at Binance, the world's foremost blockchain ecosystem, providing valuable insights into working in this domain. Additionally, interns in the BAP engage in networking activities, fostering professional connections and developing transferrable skills crucial for advancing their careers.

Responsibilities:
- Offering operational assistance on compliance and legal projects which involves document preparation, deadline monitoring, and maintaining organized records.
- Aiding in the creation of project materials like kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes for streamlined workflow.
- Facilitating the deployment of compliance vendor solutions, coordinating logistics and monitoring progress.
- Supporting business analysis, process mapping, and workflow enhancements under supervision.
- Conducting research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related subject matter as required.
- Assisting in drafting basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
- Managing compliance systems such as Relativity by organizing data, running queries, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Acting as a link between teams to ensure clear communication and follow-ups on time.
- Performing general administrative tasks like filing, scheduling, and data entry to back up the compliance and legal teams.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably from a reputed university.
- Demonstrated interest in compliance, legal, operations, or project coordination, with previous internships or relevant experiences considered advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology, data-driven environments, and adept at learning new systems and analyzing data using tools like Excel or Python.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with teams working across different time zones.
- Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and capability to independently complete tasks.
- Responsible, flexible, hardworking, and willing to provide support even during weekends if business exigencies demand.
