You will be responsible for designing cloud-native platforms, automating infrastructure, improving system reliability, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver production-grade services across multiple cloud providers.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving infrastructure challenges at scale, has strong software engineering fundamentals, and is passionate about automation and platform engineering.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.\nOperate and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production environments.\nManage cluster autoscaling and capacity planning using Karpenter and Kubernetes native technologies.\nBuild and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.\nDesign and improve CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployment.\nDeploy and operate middleware platforms such as Kafka, Redis and NGINX.\nAutomate operational tasks using Golang and Python.\nImprove observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.\nEnsure platform reliability, scalability, security, and disaster recovery.\nTroubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.\nWork closely with software engineers to improve deployment processes and platform\ndeveloper experience.\nParticipate in on-call rotations and incident response.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer.\nStrong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS / GCP / Azure\nHands-on experience managing Kubernetes production environments.\nExperience with Karpenter for Kubernetes autoscaling and node lifecycle management.\nStrong experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.\nExperience administering Linux systems and networking fundamentals.\nExperience operating middleware technologies such as: Kafka / Redis / NGINX\nStrong scripting and programming skills in: Golang / Python\nExperience with Git, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD platforms.\nStrong understanding of observability tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry.\nFamiliarity with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience operating blockchain infrastructure or Web3 platforms.\nExperience deploying and managing blockchain nodes (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, Cosmos, or other Layer 1/Layer 2 networks).\nFamiliarity with blockchain RPC services, validators, indexing services, or distributed consensus systems.\nExperience with Argo CD, Helm, Helmfile, or Flux.\nExperience with multi-region and multi-cloud deployments.\nKnowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM, networking, and secrets management.\nExperience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.\nFamiliarity with message queues, distributed caching, and high-throughput systems.\nExperience with performance tuning and capacity planning for large-scale distributed systems.\nNice to Have\nExperience in cryptocurrency exchanges or blockchain infrastructure providers.\nExperience operating multi-region, multi-cloud production environments.\nKnowledge of RPC infrastructure, distributed databases, or high-performance networking.\nFamiliarity with security and compliance best practices (IAM, WAF, Vault, KMS, etc.).\nExperience contributing to open-source projects\nWhy Binance\nShape the future of finance \nCollaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure\nTackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy\nThrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning\nCompetitive salary and company benefits\nRemote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team)\nBinance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
