Our mission is to increase the freedom of money and financial access for people around the world.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop a strong understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, especially in the Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.\nAssist in executing growth campaigns and communications to drive user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Simple Earn, working closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams.\nHelp monitor daily Simple Earn product performance, flag product-related issues, and support troubleshooting with internal and external stakeholders.\nTrack campaign and growth initiative performance through data analysis, user insights, and feedback; prepare regular reports and share market and competitor insights on Earn and DeFi products.\nSupport research and outreach to token partners, and help explore new collaboration opportunities.\nSupport the team in managing VIP and institutional clients, including preparing materials and assisting with onboarding to Earn products.\nTake ownership of assigned tasks and learn the full Earn product and operations workflow.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi products, DeFi ecosystems, and Lending/Borrowing mechanisms.\nInternship or project experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development is preferred (crypto, fintech, TradFi, or internet platforms).\nGood analytical and user insight skills with a sound business sense.\nGood communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external token project partners.\nProactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on KPIs and results; able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.\nBilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.\nFluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
