The IT Auditor will lead or support end-to-end audit engagements, assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls, and provide practical, risk-based insights to stakeholders. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to the use of AI and automation within Internal Audit.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead or support the planning and execution of internal audit engagements, including risk assessment, scoping, walkthroughs, control testing, and reporting.\nPrepare clear, well-structured audit documentation, including process narratives, risk and control matrices, testing workpapers, and issue summaries.\nIdentify control gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities, and formulate practical audit observations and recommendations.\nTrack, validate, and follow up on remediation actions to assess whether audit findings have been appropriately addressed.\nContribute to Internal Audit automation initiatives.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nSolid experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, compliance, or internal controls, preferably within financial services, technology, fintech, or other regulated industries.\nAt least 5 years of IT / Security experience (either operational or as part of the control functions).\nAbility to conduct structured stakeholder interviews and analyse processes with a risk and control mindset.\nFamiliarity with Established IT and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, COBIT or CIS Controls.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to prepare high-quality audit documentation, including written descriptions, screenshots, flowcharts, and supporting evidence.\nAbility to work effectively under time constraints, manage multiple priorities, and operate with limited information in a fast-changing environment.\nFlexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate different time zones.\nExperience with digital asset custody, wallet infrastructure or transactions authorisation would be an advantage.\nWhy Binance\nShape the future of finance \nCollaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure\nTackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy\nThrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning\nCompetitive salary and company benefits\nRemote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team)\nBinance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
