This role sits where human expertise meets AI: you will coordinate the external translators and agencies who produce our localized content, and act as the quality gate for AI-generated translations before they reach users. It is a role for someone who catches the sentence that reads slightly wrong, and who wants to see how a global exchange scales content across dozens of languages without losing precision.\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate external translators, freelancers, and agencies through the delivery cycle: brief them on product context, terminology, and requirements, answer their questions, and follow up on progress.\nReview AI-generated translations against source content and human reference translations, flagging meaning errors, omissions, terminology inconsistencies, and unnatural phrasing.\nDocument and categorize quality issues so they feed back into prompt, model, and workflow improvements, and re-validate quality after each update.\nMaintain glossaries, style guides, and translation reference materials so internal and external contributors work from one standard.Track localization requests end to end, from intake through delivery, keeping requesters and stakeholders informed of status.\n\nSupport operational reporting on localization volume, turnaround, and quality, and take on ad hoc tasks across the localization workflow.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Translation, Linguistics, English, Business, or a related field.\nNative-level Chinese and strong written English, with the ability to compare two language versions of the same content line by line and judge which reads more natural.\nInterest in AI translation, LLMs, and language technologies.\nAvailable 5 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.\nNice to Haves\nExperience in translation, localization, content operations, or project coordination.\nExperience working with translators, freelancers, or translation agencies.\nFamiliarity with AI translation tools, ChatGPT, or other LLM-based applications.\nWhy Binance\nShape the future of finance \nCollaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure\nTackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy\nThrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning\nCompetitive salary and company benefits\nRemote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team)\nBinance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
