Operations Specialist - Gulf Binance

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support daily operations, product operations, and new business initiatives for a regulated crypto exchange business.

This role will act as a Tier-2 operations support and a reliable backup to the Operation Manager. The person will help manage daily routines, follow up on operational issues, coordinate with internal teams, and support product or service launches from an operations perspective.

The role will also support new business areas such as Tokenization, if launched by the company. The ideal candidate should have experience in crypto exchange operations, fintech operations, business operations, or regulated platform operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations & Tier-2 Support

• Support daily operational routines and ensure key tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Act as Tier-2 support for operational issues escalated from internal or customer-facing teams.

• Track, follow up, and coordinate issue resolution across relevant teams until closure.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc operational updates for management review.

2. Product & Business Operations

• Support product launch readiness from an operations perspective, including UAT coordination, SOPs, FAQs, internal alignment, and post-launch monitoring.

• Work closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Review product flows and identify operational gaps, user pain points, or process risks before and after launch.

• Maintain and improve workflows, checklists, and internal playbooks to support scalable operations.

3. New Business Operations

• Support operations planning and execution for new business initiatives, including Tokenization-related services.

• Help define operational workflows, control points, SOPs, and issue-handling processes for new services.

• Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, Finance, and external partners to support launch readiness and post-launch operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.

• 5-7 years of experience in operations, business operations, fintech operations, crypto exchange operations, platform operations, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of operational processes, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.

• Bilingual English/Thai is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.

• Able to manage follow-ups independently and work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

• Experience in crypto exchange, digital assets, fintech, securities, payments, banking, or regulated financial services.

• Ideal to have understanding of trading operations, fiat/crypto deposit and withdrawal flows, KYC, compliance operations, or risk control processes.

• Experience supporting product launches, UAT, SOP creation, or process improvement are good to have.

• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboard tools is a plus.
