Daily Operations & Tier-2 Support\nSupport daily operational routines and ensure key tasks are completed accurately and on time.\nAct as Tier-2 support for operational issues escalated from internal or customer-facing teams.\nTrack, follow up, and coordinate issue resolution across relevant teams until closure.\nPrepare regular and ad-hoc operational updates for management review.\n2. Product & Business Operations\nSupport product launch readiness from an operations perspective, including UAT coordination, SOPs, FAQs, internal alignment, and post-launch monitoring.\nWork closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.\nReview product flows and identify operational gaps, user pain points, or process risks before and after launch.\nMaintain and improve workflows, checklists, and internal playbooks to support scalable operations.\n3.
