You will work closely with Product, Engineering, CRM, Design, and Marketing teams to improve activation, conversion, retention, and overall user experience.\nYou will be responsible for identifying funnel bottlenecks, launching experiments, configuring local product experiences, managing market-specific product content and localisation, and using data to drive continuous product improvements. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and strong ownership.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the local product experience across Binance products.\nOptimise key user journeys, including onboarding, verification, deposits, trading, Earn, and other product funnels.\nConfigure local product content, banners, landing pages, user-facing assets, and market-specific product settings through internal tools.\nManage product localisation, translations, and language quality across all product touchpoints.\nIdentify friction points across the user journey and recommend product improvements based on user behaviour and market insights.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and tracking frameworks to monitor funnel health and product performance.\nAnalyse product data and user behaviour to identify optimisation opportunities.\nDesign and evaluate A/B tests together with Product teams to validate product improvements.\nCollect feedback from local users and stakeholders and represent market needs to Global Product teams.\nSupport local rollout of new product features and ensure high-quality execution.\nMonitor product KPIs and continuously improve user experience through data-driven recommendations.\nRequirements\n2-4 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Marketing, Product Growth, Product Analytics, CRO, or a similar role.\nExperience working with digital products, mobile apps, fintech, crypto, SaaS, or consumer technology.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret user behaviour and product performance data.\nExperience building dashboards, tracking frameworks, and performance reporting.\nExperience working with CMS, localisation platforms, or internal product configuration tools.\nComfortable managing product copy, translations, language quality, and market-specific product configurations.\nUnderstanding of user journeys, UX principles, and funnel optimisation.\nStrong ownership mindset and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nNative Russian and strong English communication skills.\nWhy Binance\nShape the future of finance \nCollaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure\nTackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy\nThrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning\nCompetitive salary and company benefits\nRemote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team)\nBinance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
