Regional Branding Manager - GC

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate partners that align with the company’s vision.
• Negotiate brand partnership opportunities to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies and activation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, including Brand Marketing, Communications, Insights,Design, Content, Data, Product, Social Media, and Legal, to develop and align on annual plans covering product-market fit, goal setting, budget allocation, and channel strategy.
• Set data-driven objectives and evaluate both short- and long-term campaign performance.
• Manage complex global budgets and drive return on investment (ROI).
• Share industry thought leadership, market intelligence, and product insights.
• Guide key regional and local brand teams to enhance overall marketing operational excellence.
• Lead complex projects and resolve key business challenges.
• Demonstrate a proactive, resourceful, and action-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships and marketing, preferably with experience in sports, music, entertainment partnerships, or sponsorships.
• Excellent project management, strategic planning, relationship-building, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of brand culture, vision, and the strategic value of partnerships.
• A creative yet data-driven mindset.
• Strong project management, communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency industry, or familiarity with Web3 and U.S. equities, is a plus.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and content sensibility, with a high level of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage.
