You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Earn's TradFi product line - including ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, and structured products (dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin, and other options-linked payoffs). This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, financial structuring, and agile delivery, requiring deep TradFi knowledge and a passion for building bridges between traditional and on-chain finance.\nResponsibilities\nTradFi Product Development\nOwn the planning and execution of Binance Earn's TradFi product line, covering ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks.\n\nManage the full product lifecycle for TradFi offerings: from market research, requirement analysis, and PRD writing to product design, launch, and continuous iteration.\n\nResearch traditional finance market trends and user needs, bridging TradFi investment scenarios with the crypto platform to deliver cross-market wealth management experiences.\n\nCollaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure TradFi products meet regional regulatory requirements and are feasible for local launch.\n\nExplore crypto × TradFi convergence opportunities, including RWA (Real World Assets), tokenized equities/funds, stablecoin yield products, and other innovative initiatives.\n\n Structured Options Products\nLead the design and operations of structured options products, including Dual Investment, Snowball, Shark Fin, and other options-linked or principal-protected structures.\n\nPartner with Quant and Market Maker teams to define product rules, payoff structures, and key parameters (strike price, APR, tenor, knock-in/knock-out levels, etc.).\n\nContinuously optimize pricing parameters and yield curves for existing structured products to enhance competitiveness and user returns.\n\nDynamically adjust product launch strategies and category mix based on market conditions and volatility changes to optimize TVL and conversion rates.\n\nCross-Functional Delivery & Growth\nDrive end-to-end product delivery from concept to launch using agile development practices; track development and testing progress to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.\n\nCoordinate across Engineering, Design, Quant, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to achieve product milestones.\n\nTrack and analyze key product metrics (TVL, AUM, conversion rate, retention, volume, revenue) to drive data-informed product iteration.\n\nCollect internal and external user feedback to continuously improve product experience; monitor competitor offerings to maintain market competitiveness.\n\nRequirements\n3-5+ years of Product Management experience in financial products.\n\nHands-on TradFi experience required - specifically in one or more of: ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks, futures, or brokerage/trading products.\n\nStructured products and options knowledge - practical understanding of payoff structures such as dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin, and other options-linked or principal-protected products.\n\nWorking proficiency in English (written and verbal) for cross-border, cross-region collaboration.\n\nExperience in full product lifecycle management - from ideation and PRD to launch and post-launch iteration, preferably within an agile framework.\n\nProven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Support - with effective prioritization and influence.\n\nStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; comfortable working with product metrics and user behavior data.\n\nStrong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; a fast learner with perseverance.\n\nPreferred\nProduct Management experience in funds or equities/stocks (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs, brokerage or trading products) is highly preferred.\n\nKnowledge or hands-on experience with financial options and derivatives - including pricing, Greeks, scenario analysis, and hedging mechanics.\n\nFamiliarity with crypto × TradFi trends: RWA, tokenized assets, on-chain yield products, or DeFi protocols.\n\nExperience with blockchain technology or Web3 products.\n\nPMP certification is a plus.\n\nPassion for cryptocurrency and financial markets\n\nWhy Binance\nShape the future of finance \nCollaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure\nTackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy\nThrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning\nCompetitive salary and company benefits\nRemote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team)\nBinance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
