We value ownership, adaptability, collaboration and a willingness to solve complex challenges.\nAbout the role:\nYou will partner closely with the Global Events Lead to plan and execute large-scale conferences, executive summits and immersive experiences, while also taking ownership of mid-sized initiatives and other strategic programmes. We are looking for an experienced Senior Global Events Manager to join our growing Global Events team. This role will play a key part in delivering Binance's flagship global events while independently leading several strategic programmes throughout the year.\nThis is a highly hands-on role that requires exceptional project management skills, strong stakeholder management and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. If you enjoy building experiences from the ground up, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and working with global cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the Global Events Lead in delivering Binance's flagship events, and other strategic global initiatives.\nIndependently lead smaller global programmes and executive experiences from concept through execution.\nManage end-to-end event planning including budgeting, timelines, production, venue management, procurement, registration, logistics, hospitality, onsite operations and post-event reporting.\nLead multiple concurrent projects across different regions while maintaining exceptional execution quality and attention to detail.\nPartner with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Product, Business Development, Security, Legal, Procurement, Finance and regional teams to ensure seamless event delivery.\nWork closely with external agencies, production partners, venues and suppliers to deliver world-class event experiences.\nIdentify process improvements and scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the team's event portfolio.\nSupport global initiatives beyond your primary portfolio as business priorities evolve.\nSupport or lead the execution of webinar and virtual event formats as required, ensuring high-quality delivery across digital channels.\nRequirements:\n10+ years of professional event management experience, preferably managing international conferences, large-scale events.\nProven experience delivering complex events with multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.\nExceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage several high-priority projects simultaneously.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with limited structure and changing priorities.\nSelf-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in identifying solutions.\nPositive, high-energy, fun and creative mindset, with the ability to bring ideas to life and contribute to engaging, memorable event experiences.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working across global teams and senior leadership.\nHands-on approach with a willingness to be involved in both strategic planning and operational execution.\nExperience managing external agencies, vendors and production partners.\nWillingness to travel internationally for approximately 30% of the time.\nAbility to travel with minimal visa restrictions is highly preferred.\nFluent English (spoken and written) is required.\nExperience within the crypto, fintech or technology industry is a plus.\nWhy Binance\nShape the future of finance \nCollaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure\nTackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy\nThrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning\nCompetitive salary and company benefits\nRemote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team)\nBinance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
