In this role, you will support the reliability, scalability, and observability of our systems. You will assist in designing and maintaining monitoring solutions, working with development and operations teams to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.\nCore Responsibilities:\nAssist in developing and maintaining observability strategies for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent instrumentation across services.\n\nSupport adoption of observability best practices and tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).\n\nHelp monitor production systems and diagnose performance bottlenecks.\n\nParticipate in production support, including incident response and on-call rotation using PagerDuty.\n\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.\n\nContribute to automation and tooling to reduce manual operational work.\n\nSupport post-incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nPreferred Skills/Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.\n\nProficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Go, Python, Bash).\n\nFamiliarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry).\n\nHands-on experience with AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.\n\nStrong Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nSalary:\n The starting pay for this role is USD $125,000 - $145,000 per year for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
