If you thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment, we encourage you to apply in!\nResponsibilities\nAcquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).\nExpanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs.\nBuilding key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.\nAnalysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback.\nRequirements\nSales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPI \nFamiliar with the use of a CRM tool \nWorked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers. \nAt least 3-5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales\nClient portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc\nStrong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure\nPassionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage\nFluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
