This person will be the technical bridge between Tokenized Stocks and external parties - including but not limited to, licensed broker/API providers, DEXs, and on-chain protocols - to integrate new products and grow Tokenized Stocks' AUM and use cases. Tokenized Stocks is currently expanding its range of tokenized and traditional securities products - this role will be a key integration and solutions partner across these initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nWallet Operations & Management\nOversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits and withdrawals.\nMonitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures.\nMaintain operational uptime of exchange wallets.\nCoordinate and complete network upgrades, token events, and testing with no issues.\nExternal Partner Integration & Solutions (Tokenized Stocks)\nServe as the technical integration lead between Tokenized Stocks and external parties, including licensed broker/API providers, DEXs, and on-chain protocols.\nEvaluate, scope, and implement wallet and on-chain integrations that enable new Tokenized Stocks products and use cases.\nArticulate technical and operational solutions to potential partners, structuring integration proposals that expand Tokenized Stocks' AUM and unlock new use cases.\nManage the end-to-end partner integration lifecycle: technical scoping, API/contract integration, testing, and go-live, in partnership with internal Tech/Engineering.\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues across internal systems and external partner stacks.\nTokenized Stocks Product & Operations Support\nCollaboration with External Project Teams\nRun integration workstreams with external project teams, including scoping, coordinating and following through on partner deliverables.\nTake ownership of assigned integration workstreams, with clear accountability for outcomes and regular status updates.\nPartner with stakeholders across various departments - Product, Compliance, Legal, Tech, and Customer Support.\nCommunicate proactively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations and driving clarity on deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.\nRequirements\n4-6 years in crypto wallet solutions, blockchain infrastructure, technical integration, or a related role.\nSolid technical understanding of blockchain systems, including UTXO, EVM, multi-signature/MPC wallets, smart contracts, DEXs, and on-chain/DeFi protocols.\nProficiency with blockchain explorers, and experience with API integrations (REST/WebSocket), SDKs, and external broker/dealer or exchange APIs.\nExperience (or strong working knowledge) integrating with on-chain protocols and DEXs (e.g., AMMs, lending markets).\nAbility to design and articulate technical and operational solutions to external partners, and to translate partner constraints and opportunities into internal product/ops requirements.\nProven experience working with Product Managers on BRDs and PRDs, translating product intent into operational and integration requirements, SOPs.\nFamiliarity with traditional finance / securities operations (equities, IPO processes, commodities) and/or tokenisation of Real-World Assets (RWA).\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both highly technical and non-technical audiences, internally and externally.\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.\nWhy Binance\nShape the future of finance \nCollaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure\nTackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy\nThrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning\nCompetitive salary and company benefits\nRemote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team)\nBinance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
