services.\n• Upsell and cross-sell solutions from leading global technology brands.\n• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.\n• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.\n• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards.\n• Ensure compliance with call quality guidelines and company processes.\n• Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.\n• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.\n• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.\n\nRequired Skills\n• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.\n• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.\n• Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.\n• Ability to multitask (Type & Talk).\n• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.\n• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.\n• Basic knowledge of
