and deployment of GenAI-powered solutions across enterprise use cases.\n\n- Architect and implement LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI orchestration patterns.\n\n- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in AI model development, fine-tuning, and integration.\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-grade AI solutions.\n\n- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.\n\n- Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with data security and ethical AI standards.\n\n- Mentor and upskill team members in AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced system design.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 10+ years of experience in software engineering / AI, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.\n\n- Proven expertise in Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.), RAG, and agentic AI frameworks.\n\n- Strong pedigree with successful delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).\n\n- Deep understanding of data pipelines, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, architectural design, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Experience in building products from scratch and scaling them to enterprise adoption.\n\nEducation :\n\n- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n\n- Advanced certifications in AI/ML or cloud AI platforms
