This role offers the opportunity to take ownership in a dynamic, international environment with a sustainable impact.Your tasks\nOverall responsibility for the planning, control, and continuous optimization of production processes (output, quality, cost, and delivery performance)\nEnsure production readiness and delivery capability, including production planning, capacity and shift models, material availability, and logistics management\nLead, develop, and manage the production team including performance management and skills development\nImplement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, including risk assessments, SOPs, safety training, incident management, and audits\nEnsure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, including deviation management, traceability, and documentation\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives \nMaintenance and asset management, including preventive maintenance, fault analysis, spare parts management, and TPM concepts\nSupport with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality to ensure smooth end-to-end operations\nPlan and execute investments (CAPEX) and technical changes, including change control, layout optimization, and process or equipment upgrades\nSupport scale-up and technology transfer projects, including ramp-up of new products and processes\nMonitor and report KPIs and derive corrective measures\nManage external service providers and contractors (e.g. maintenance, calibration, technical services)\nEnsure complete and compliant production documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, batch or production records, and training documentation\nYour profile\nMore than 5 years of professional experience in a production environment, including first experience in a senior leadership role\nQualifications in Engineering, Millwright, Production Technology, Process Engineering, or Operations Management could be an advantage\nProven experience in production planning, KPI-based production control, and process optimization\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in HSE (risk assessments, safety culture, incident and CAPA management)\nExperience in logistics management\nExperience with quality management systems and audits (e.g. ISO 9001; GMP / ISO 14001 is an advantage depending on environment)\nExperience in maintenance and asset management (preventive maintenance, TPM, equipment reliability)\nStrong problem-solving and fault diagnosis techniques on operational and technical level\nStrong project management and change management skills (process changes, equipment upgrades, CAPEX projects)\nExcellent leadership, communication, and people management skills, particularly in operational and shift-based environments\nHigh level of hands-on mentality, structured working style, ability to prioritize, and resilience in an operational setting\nConfident use of ERP systems and production reporting tools;
