Or will need to obtain and maintain a current food handler's certificate within 30 days of hire. BLS also required within 90 days of hire.\nRequired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Must be able to follow recipes precisely. Must be able to work quickly and accurately. Must be able to maintain composure in stressful times. Must be able to work well with people and take direction from Executive Chef and department managers.\nBASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB\nUnder direct supervision of chef or supervisor, prepares and serves food for internal and external customers. Food is prepared, served, held and stored at proper temperatures and under sanitary conditions.
