You’ll work directly with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring successful installations and seamless operations, all while building relationships and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.\nEssential Functions\nProvide expert installation support and technical assistance to customers, distributors, and internal personnel.\nOversee the installation of Liquid and Powder Coating systems, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.\nCollaborate closely with customers and installation contractors to ensure all system installations are completed efficiently and effectively.\nConduct start-up, troubleshooting, and debugging of automatic electrostatic painting systems to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.\nTrain plant personnel on system operations and preventative maintenance to empower them to operate and maintain equipment autonomously.\nEnsure customer satisfaction with system performance through prompt troubleshooting and proactive solutions.\nGather valuable customer feedback on product performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.\nMinimum Qualifications\nAssociate’s Degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering, with experience in AutoCAD or similar design software) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong commitment to customer satisfaction and an exceptional sense of integrity.\nHighly developed organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.\nStrong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Binks product line or similar systems.\n1-3 years of electrical or mechanical experience in industrial settings, especially with small programmable controllers.\nAbility to read and interpret installation blueprints.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.\nAdaptability to work in dynamic and diverse
