Our proprietary GenAI agent architecture enables private equity, private credit, and M&A teams to complete deep, investment-grade diligence in hours instead of weeks.\n\nAbout the Role : \n\nWe are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who is excited about AI, technology, and solving real-world customer problems. You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams to understand business requirements, build AI-powered solutions, and help deploy them in real-world environments.\n\nThis is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, debugging, and learning quickly.\n\nWhat You'll Do : \n\n- Work with Product and customer-facing teams to understand customer workflows and requirements.\n\n- Build and customize AI/LLM-powered solutions for real-world use cases.\n\n- Develop prototypes, integrations, APIs, and automation workflows.\n\n- Work with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and relevant AI tools/frameworks.\n\n- Debug issues and improve the performance and reliability of deployed solutions.\n\n- Collaborate with Engineering to take successful prototypes into production.\n\n- Gather customer feedback and translate it into product improvements.\n\n- Learn and work across engineering, AI, product, and customer implementation.\n\nWhat We're Looking For : \n\n- 0 - 1 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong technical projects are welcome.\n\n- Strong programming fundamentals, preferably Python.\n\n- Understanding of APIs, databases, and basic software engineering concepts.\n\n- Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, or ML projects through internships, projects, or coursework.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.\n\n- Ability to understand ambiguous problems and find practical solutions.\n\n- Strong communication and willingness to work directly with customers.\n\n- High ownership, curiosity, and a strong bias toward learning and execution.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.\n\n- Experience building AI/GenAI projects or deploying applications.\n\n- Familiarity with Git, Docker, cloud platforms, or SQL.\n\n- Interest or exposure to fintech, financial research, or investment workflows.\n\nWhy Join Binocs?
