non-functional aspects.\nEnsure the security, performance, and reliability of backend systems through proper testing, monitoring, and optimisation.\nParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes to maintain code quality and project timelines.\nSimply, be an owner of the platform and do whatever it takes to get the required output for customers.\nBe curious about product problems and have an open mind to dive into new domains, e. g., gen-AI.\nStay up-to-date with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies.\n\nRequirements: \n3-6 years of experience in backend development, with a strong track record of successfully architecting and implementing scalable and high-performance backend systems.\nProficiency in at least one backend programming language (e. g., Python, Golang, Node.js, Java) and tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.\nGood understanding of databases (e. g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e. g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc. )\nSolid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.\nExperience with multi-threading and concurrency programming.\nExtensive experience in object-oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and a huge passion and ability to design intuitive modules and class-level interfaces.\nExperience with cloud computing platforms and services (e. g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).\nKnowledge of Test Driven Development.\nExperience with microservices architecture.\nKnowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures (e. g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).\nUnderstanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).\nContributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer
