This includes but is not limited to directing and administering production control, inventory control, shipping, receiving and proper storage.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nEnter purchase and sales orders into accounting program (Sage)\nPerform receiving functions when products arrive including ensure correct product description, quantity, temperature, inspect for damage\nRecord receipt of product\nStore product per product insert\nPrepare and apply all labels\nPrepare shipping documents daily based on Sales Orders (domestic and international) to include but not limited to: C of A’s, data sheets, invoice edit reports\nPrepare all customer specific shipping documents\nMaintain inventory of boxes, cold packs, and shipping materials\nCommunicate with customers, freight forwarders, government agencies to facilitate export and import of products\nFollows company policies and practices as outlined in the EE Handbook. Follows guidelines regarding safety as outlined by the organization.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:\nExcellent Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel)\nWorking knowledge of Platinum/Sage software preferred\nStrong Administrative and communication skills\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nAA or BA in business and/or Life Science or equivalent work experience.
