The role requires the ability to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing execution aligned to regional growth priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nCampaign Execution & Localization\nLead the rollout and execution of tactics and multi-channel marketing campaigns across EMEA, including email, social media, webinars, landing pages and digital advertising via direct and indirect channels\nDrive localization of global marketing assets to ensure regional relevance (languages, regulations, product focus, market and strategic preferences)\nLead the creation of audience-targeted content such as landing pages, email banners, paid social copy, and customer testimonial materials\nCo-ordinate regional promotions, pricing communications, and regionalization of product launches\nDigital & Demand Generation\nLead demand creation activities, including lead-generation campaigns, segmentation lists, and nurture flows\nOwn and optimise webpages, metadata, SEO content, and social posts to maximize reach and relevance\nDrive execution and optimisation of A/B testing for digital tactics to enhance reach and engagement\nData, Reporting & Compliance\nOwn tracking and reporting of campaign performance and prepare regional marketing reports and monthly KPI updates\nMonitor and analyse tactic performance, customer engagement, and promotion uptake across the region\nEnsure CRM data quality and that all activities align with GDPR and internal compliance frameworks\nBrand Governance\nEnsure and enforce consistent use of Bio-Techne brand guidelines across all EMEA markets and languages\n\nMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field.\n3-6 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in life sciences, biotechnology, or B2B technical markets.\nAbility and willingness to travel as necessary - Travel up to 25%\nSkills required/desired:\nAdditional languages preferred\nFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Folloze).\nStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for scientific audiences.\nUnderstanding of GDPR considerations in marketing communications.\nExcellent project management, organizational skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship building skills at all organizational levels\nBio-Techne is committed to product quality, customer satisfaction, continued improvement, minimising environmental impacts and conserving natural resources.
