As a Sales Specialist you will develop and execute strategic plans for the portfolio to increase sales and grow market share in the territory.\nThis is a field-basedcommercial sales role,and the assigned territory is CT and Northwest MA.The ideal candidate would be located in either of those regions.\nIn addition to base salary, this position is eligible to receive a commission plan and long-term incentive package of stock grants based on individual and company performance,in accordance withcompany policy.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAchieve sales targets through application of consultative selling methods \nMaintain and develop incremental business in existing and new accounts \nWork closely with the full Commercial Team to ensure we provide a coordinated approach to customers and promote all the solutions Bio-Techne can provide. \nField sales located in the assigned territory and visiting customers 75% of the time \nFamiliar with standard scientific methods, techniques, reagents & equipment relevant to Bio-Techne’s product line \nProvide accurate sales forecasts for both instruments and reagents in the Immunoassay Product Lines \nUse SalesForce.com to manage all active leads, customers, and opportunities.
