office.\nEssential Responsibilities\nPartner with internal and external stakeholders to define project timelines, ensure projects remain on schedule, and are appropriately resourced.\nMaintain a strong working relationship and open communications with all departments, including Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Sample Management\nMaintain accurate study records including administrative and sample reconciliation activities.\nCoordinate with Central Lab and/or Data Analytic group for Data Transfer Agreement setup and file transfer.\nTrack project samples received, tested, and reported.\nSupport revenue recognition activities, database systems, and resource planning\nSupport Validation and Sample Analysis Projects\nEnsure great customer experience\nSupport Operational Excellence Metrics\nMinimum Preferred Qualifications: Skilla\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nAcute attention to detail\nAbility to coordinate multiple projects/tasks while still delivering high quality results under time constraints\nStrong organizational and project administration skills\nExperience working in a GxP environment preferred\nFamiliarity with NetSuite\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's degree in life science, business administration, or related field with not less than two (2) years’ experience in a biotechnology project management or related field; or\nMasters’ degree in life science, business administration, or related field\nKnowledge base in science with the relevant regulations for our
