This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of advanced medical robotic platforms, working alongside multidisciplinary teams in software, firmware, mechanical engineering, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing.\nPosition title and compensation will be commensurate with experience and technical capability.\nRole & Responsibilities:\nAs an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role throughout the product development lifecycle by:\nElectrical Design\nDesign analog, digital, power and mixed-signal electronic circuits.\n\nDevelop electrical architecture for medical robotic systems.\n\nDesign and review schematics and PCB layouts.\n\nSupport prototype bring-up, debugging and design verification.\n\nSystem Integration\nIntegrate hardware with embedded firmware and software.\n\nTroubleshoot complex hardware/system issues.\n\nSupport electrical safety, EMC and regulatory testing.\n\nProduct Development\nParticipate throughout the entire product development lifecycle.\n\nSupport design reviews, design verification and validation.\n\nPrepare engineering documentation and design records.\n\nSupport manufacturing transfer and production ramp-up.\n\nSupport risk management, design reviews, design transfer, DFM/DFT, supplier engagement, production qualification, and product sustaining activities.\n\nDesign, testing and qualify PCBA/ module in accordance with design specification.\n\nSupport external laboratory testing for electrical safety and EMC, including radiated and conducted emissions and immunity; assess results and drive technical closure of findings.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nSupport investigation of production and field issues using structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; implement effective corrective or design-improvement actions.\n\nDrive design improvements and engineering changes.\n\nSupport supplier qualification and component lifecycle management.\n\nWork with systems, firmware, software, and mechanical engineers to manage interfaces and resolve cross-disciplinary design issues.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a closely related discipline. \n\nMinimum 1 year of product development experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.\n\nSound knowledge of analog and digital electronics, power supplies, microcontroller-based systems, sensors, actuators, and common wired communication interfaces.\n\nHands-on capability with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, logic analyzers, electronic loads, and other relevant test equipment are advantageous.\n\nAbility to understand embedded-system behaviour and collaborate effectively with firmware engineers.\n\nPractical experience with schematic capture and PCB-layout tools are advantageous.\n\nAbility to isolate faults systematically, interpret data, document evidence, and convert findings into robust design improvements.\n\nAble to work independently or under guidance while communicating effectively across engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, purchasing, service, and supplier teams.\n\nAdvantageous Experience:\nExperience in one or more of the following:\nMedical devices\n\nSurgical
