enquiries, delivering a proactive and professional service \nManaging end-to-end international shipments for pharmaceutical, clinical trial, and healthcare-related products \nCoordinating with airlines, suppliers, overseas offices, and delivery partners to ensure smooth shipment execution \nProactively monitoring live shipments, managing issues and escalations, and providing timely customer updates \nManaging after-shipment activities including temperature monitor returns, reusable packaging logistics, and chain of custody information \nInvestigating customer complaints, completing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions (CAPA) \nEnsuring accurate data entry and system updates across Biocair and customer platforms \nWorking collaboratively with warehouse, transport, highly desirable \nStrong customer service experience with a customer-first mindset \nExcellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy \nConfident problem-solving skills with the ability to manage issues through to resolution \nCommercial awareness with the ability to balance service
