For more information, please visit www.biocatch.com.\nWe’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join BioCatch’s Applications Group and develop our applications platform, working across front-end applications and back-end services. A significant part of the role focuses on infrastructure and production environments, requiring familiarity with DevOps practices and hands-on involvement in CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and reliable production operations.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDesign, implement, and maintain applications and web services within the Applications Group’s ecosystem.\nDesign and implement testable, maintainable software solutions using front-end and back-end technologies, including AI agent workflows with tool calling, evaluation, and safeguards to ensure safe execution.\nMaintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, and contribute to reliable application operations in production environments.\nGenerate innovative ideas and recommend software improvements for existing applications.\nWork closely with product managers and transform product and user requirements into technical tasks.\nDevelop deep expertise in the team’s product domain, share that knowledge across the team, and take technical ownership of the applications you build and maintain.\nOur Current Tech Stack Includes: \nNodeJS/ExpressJS/NestJS (JavaScript/Typescript), Python/Django, ReactJS, Postgres, Snowflake, MongoDB, MS-SQL Server, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Docker.\nRequirements\nB.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience\n7+ years of experience designing and developing production-grade applications, with strong expertise in at least one of the following back-end languages: Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C#.\nExperience building front-end applications with at least one of Angular 2+, React, or Vue, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES2015, and TypeScript.\nExcellent software engineering skills, with proven ability to build scalable, maintainable systems and apply strong design patterns\nHands-on experience with at least one RDBMS (e.g., Postgres / MySQL / Oracle), including schema design and performance tuning\nProven hands-on experience owning continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and release processes, including maintaining pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring reliable releases.\nHands-on experience working in Linux-based production environments, using container and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and deployment tooling such as ArgoCD and Helm, or equivalent technologies.\nHands-on experience testing application behavior with frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or React Testing Library, supported by a strong testing mindset.\nAbility to lead cross-team execution, influence technical direction, and drive complex initiatives end-to-end\nExperience with big data/ETL/analytics platforms such as Snowflake / ClickHouse / BigQuery\nAI Skills: \nStrong understanding of AI agent architecture: planning, tool selection, and delegation;
