For more information, please visit www.biocatch.com\nWe are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic and cohesive Solutions team which provides all operational and technical services to our customers worldwide. The majority of our customers are financial institutions like banks and credit unions - but not only.\nThis role is suitable for unique people who have both solid hands-on technical experience and great customer-facing skills.\nLocation: Singapore\nResponsibilities:\nLeading implementations and other technical projects, enabling BioCatch anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile applications. \nWorking with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.\nContributing to our documentation, leading workshops, and helping to improve our processes and practices.\nOnboarding our customers and partners to use BioCatch solutions.\nWorking with cross functional teams to overcome integration challenges with our customers' web/mobile applications.\nManaging complex projects according to desired timelines.\nRequirements\nTechnical Experience:\nIntegration Skills: 3+ years of experience in integrating cloud solutions, especially in a web/mobile context. This could include experience with APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.\nFrontend/Fullstack Development: Proven experience in frontend or fullstack development of web or mobile applications. Familiarity with popular programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, Cordova, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Ionic, etc.) is essential.\nCustomer-Facing Skills:\nExperience working with customers: Demonstrated ability to onboard and support world-class customers, particularly in the financial sector (banks, credit unions, etc.)\nExcellent Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.
