We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide our customers with best-in-class response time and ease of doing business.\nPosition Summary\nThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting our customers and is the primary contact for questions and concerns on orders and deliveries.\nJob Responsibilities\nBe the inside face & primary contact for Customers and Clients for Steridose Products\nAnswers to customer inquiries via phone and email\nProvides product quotes to customers for new equipment and spare parts\nIntake all RFQs and follow the RFQ filing system\nTurn RFQ’s into formal quotes using ERP system (M1)\nProcesses customer PO’s; order entry, delivery acknowledgement, establishing work orders and job tickets for manufacturing\nObtains accurate information from relating to shipment dates and expected delivery\nMonitors scheduled ship dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed. \nInvestigates, responds to, and solves customer concerns and complaints \nResearch billing and shipping issues\nCommunicates and coordinates with colleagues as necessary\nWillingness to handle other projects and responsibilities in other departments\nOther duties as assigned\n QualificationsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills\nShipping knowledge and experience (international and domestic) \nERP experience using M1 highly preferred\nProficient with MS Office Suite and Outlook \nTwo Year associate degree in communications or business (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)\n3-7 years of previous related experience in industrial manufacturing highly preferred\nPhysical/Work Requirements\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nBenefits\nCompetitive Base Salary and annual bonus target\nCompany-subsidized Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life/Disability Insurance (covered by company), HSA/FSA\nRetirement savings plan (401k) with net 4% employer match \nIndustry leading profit share program\nUnique schedule / summer days\nAbout The Holland Group\nThe Holland Group is a private, family-owned group of businesses with locations in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.
