Project Coordinators are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of FDA/ISO regulated Medical Devices, and associated technologies and processes. Responsibilities include contribution to project plan execution and documentation, oversite of project resources, project timelines, and deliverables. \n\nProject Coordinators are expected to collaborate with development team(s), project managers, and operations teams to facilitate the development and implementation of design documentation and procedures according to internal Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA and ISO 9001/13485 regulations.\n\nPrincipal Job Duties and Responsibilities: \nPerform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of BioFire Defense’s Quality System.\nFacilitate project meetings, document action items and key decisions.\nDraft project proposals, design documents, schedules, presentations, technical reviews.\nWork collaboratively with project managers, area managers, and project stakeholders.\nUse project scheduling tools to monitor and execute to project timelines.\nWrite, track, and manage change notices and change orders.\nIndependently manage small projects.\nProficient technical writing and oral skills.\nEnsure consistent practices throughout all phases of the product life cycle.\n\nTraining and Education: \nBachelor’s degree in a STEM field.\n4+ years of laboratory or engineering experience may be substituted for degree.\nProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nTechnical writing experience.\ncGMP compliance experience is preferred.\n\nExperience: \n2+ years of project coordinator / management experience is required.\nMedical Device experience is preferred but not required.\nFamiliar with Quality Management System requirements and FDA/ISO regulations.\nExperience with contracts and government operations is a plus.\nVBA, SQL & Inventory management experience is preferred but not required.\n\nSkills: \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nOrganization and attention to detail.\nAbility to interact and be productive while working with various groups and personalities.\nAbility to lead and direct project meetings, delegate responsibilities and manage resources.\nDemonstrated ability to take project objectives though fruition.\nDemonstrate ability to consistently produce high quality
