Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.\nLabcorp is seeking a DA Senior Data Engineer to join our team at Bengaluru, India Office.\nWork Schedule\nCandidates are required to follow the work schedule from 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM IST.\nJob Responsibilities:\nCollaboration and Stakeholder Management\nWork with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.\nTechnical Oversight & Delivery and Operations\nDevelop insight solutions aligned to strategic initiatives that deliver simple, compelling, and actionable data visualizations.\nDeliver data in a useful and appealing way to users by making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable using Power BI and selected tools to develop innovative and insightful data visualizations.\nCollaborate with business partners to design and implement BI solutions, including requirements gathering, design, development, solution delivery, and end-user training.\nDevelop custom reports and data visualization products using large data sets to transform data into actionable insights.\nLeverage AI-powered capabilities within Power BI and related analytics platforms to enhance insights, improve user experience, and accelerate reporting development.\nApply AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) practices across requirements analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.\nUtilize AI-assisted tools to improve developer productivity, automate repetitive tasks, generate documentation, optimize report development, and improve overall delivery efficiency.\nIdentify opportunities where AI-enabled capabilities can improve reporting, analytics, business insights, and solution delivery.\nIdentify patterns, trends, anomalies, and meaningful insights from data through analysis and visualization.\nFind opportunities for automation and performance optimization to improve business processes and reporting efficiency.\nDocument technical solutions and design approaches to address defined business requirements.\nWork with other team members to define effort estimates, timelines, project plans, and delivery milestones.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.\n4 or more years of experience as a Reports Developer, BI Developer, or Data Visualization Developer.\n2 or more years of expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau products including Desktop, Service/Server, Online, and related platform capabilities.\n2 or more years of experience leveraging data integration and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Data Factory, Matillion, etc.) to support analytics applications.\n2 or more Completion of Power BI and/or Tableau implementation lifecycles.\n2 or more years of strong understanding of charts, tables, filters, parameters, sets, calculated fields, DAX, blending, LOD expressions, and visualization best practices.\n1 or more years of hands-on experience with AI-related capabilities within Power BI, including Q&A, Smart Narratives, Key Influencers, Decomposition Tree, Copilot, and other AI-assisted analytics features.\nAdditional Job Standards\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze business needs and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.\nExperience working with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to define requirements and recommend development approaches.\nAbility to interpret business requirements and define technical alternatives, tools, and implementation approaches.\nStrong knowledge of databases and proficiency in SQL.\nAbility to build medium to highly complex reports and dashboards using multiple enterprise data sources.\nStrong experience identifying trends, anomalies, patterns, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.\nExperience applying AI-assisted development tools and AI-DLC practices to improve development productivity, testing, documentation, solution quality, and delivery timelines.\nFamiliarity with Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.\nAbility to identify and implement automation opportunities using AI-enabled capabilities.\nExperience documenting technical designs, business requirements, and solution architectures.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.\nLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
