Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\n\nDose Formulation Research Technician (3rd Shift)\nLabcorp is seeking aResearch Technician to join our Dose Formulation team inMadison, WI.\nWork Schedule: 3rd shift: 3:00am - 11:45am\nJob Responsibilities:\nAs a Research Technician, you’ll learn and perform essential lab techniques to prepare test materials for preclinical studies. Your day-to-day will include:\nPreparing lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols\nRecording data accurately in both digital and written formats\nLearning formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures\nCollaborating with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity\nMaintaining a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant lab environment\nDeveloping skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology\nAdditional Job Standards:\nA strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn\nA passion for science and a desire to contribute to life-changing research\nFlexibility to work overtime as needed\nAbility to work one weekend per month\nPay Rate: $23/hr. (includes a 12% shift differential)\nBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
