Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nLabcorp is seeking aData Analytics Intern to join our Anatomic Pathology & Histology team in Geneva.\nWork Schedule:\nMonday-Friday.\n40hrs per week (with flexibility to consider an 80% working schedule).\nJob Responsibilities:\nCollect, consolidate, and analyze data from various laboratory systems and operational processes.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Excel, or equivalent tools) to monitor operational performance.\nIdentify and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to laboratory efficiency, quality, and productivity.\nAutomate reporting processes and support data-driven decision making within laboratory operations.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCurrent enrolment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCurrent enrolment in a Master’s degree program in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field\n3 or more months of experience using Power BI and Microsoft Excel\nAdditional Job Standards:\nYou must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party.\nIntermediate level in French is required. Intermediate level in English is preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nKnowledge of SQL and/or Python is desirable.\nAbility to organize and analyze large datasets.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.\nInterest in operational excellence, process improvement, and data visualization.\nMaintains professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct.\nDemonstrates initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. \nAbout the Team:\nThe Anatomic Pathology & Histology Laboratory team consists of more than 30 professionals working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The team provides a broad range of histology services, covering the entire workflow from tissue embedding and microtomy to staining, digital pathology, and image analysis.
